This is an extremely manoeuvrable machine which can solve any cleaning problem of outdoor or indoor floors rapidly and efficiently thanks to its 2000 m2/h working performance. It is available also with a Honda endothermic motor for higher cleaning speed and easier operations. The handle bar grip, in extremely comfortable plastic material, makes it easier to operate the levers. When about to work on wet floors, stop suction by means of the appropriate lever. The side brush facilitates cleaning tasks in corners and along walls. The panel filter, with its large filtering surface, includes excellent features for dust protection. The "washable" and recyclable version is also now available. The front and side flaps are very important to prevent dust being raised during use. The central brush, accessible through the convenient side door, can easily be adjusted. It is available in several versions for any type of dirt: · MIXED STEEL: for outdoor and extremely rough surfaces; · NATURAL FIBRE BRISTLES: for very fine dust and glossy surfaces; · PPL BRISTLES: the most versatile type for industrial surfaces.
This is the answer for the new segment of high-productivity compact sweeping machines for cleaning small surfaces or medium sized areas where there are many obstacles. Its strength, compact size and battery powered drive make it especially suitable for use whenever working speed needs to be combined with manoeuvrability in indoor environments. With a 60 cm central broom and rear loading, DUSTER MEDIUM is suitable to use for removing dust and solid dirt on any type of floor and has a performance capacity of some 4000 m2/h. The dirt hopper holds up to 65 l. The controls are of the touch less system type with immediate activation: the central and side brush start working without any other control being operated. Thanks to its size, mm 1250 x 1200 x 780, and to the front drive wheel the machine is comfortable to drive and manoeuvrable under any condition. The electric filter shaker ensures appropriate filter cleaning.
This is an extremely compact and manoeuvrable ride-on sweeping machine thanks to its balanced weight distribution. The dirt hopper, on the back, holds 90 l. and can easily be emptied. DUSTER MEDIUM LARGE is available with dump height from ground level up to 1,5 m., either with a manual, a gas spring assisted or a completely electrical system. The filter has a surface of over 5 m2, among the largest in its category. The endothermic motor (in the internal combustion version H) comes with a front air inlet which ensures constant and appropriate cooling. The traction, either hydraulic or electric, is provided with a 5,5 hp Honda engine on the internal combustion version and by a 24 Volt system with 800 Watt power on the battery-operated version. The controls are of the touchless system type with immediate activation. The central and the side brush start working as soon as they are lowered onto the floor without operating any other controls; when operating the filter shaker, suction is automatically stopped. DUSTER MEDIUM LARGE is suitable for any dirt and working conditions thanks to its filters and to the different types of brushes, there are either nylon, mixed steel and natural fibre brushes all of which are available as standard or optional equipment.
This sweeping machines represent the top of the line in terms of power, performance capacity, strength and adaptability to the most demanding tasks. With a 90 cm central broom in the DUSTER EXTRA LARGE version and 100 cm in the DUSTER EXTRA EXTRA LARGE, the sweeping machines either come with a 36 Volt electric motor or with an 27 hp Lombardini diesel engine and can clean indoor and outdoor areas up to over 13,000 m2/h and work several hours without interruption. The hydraulic system, a fully electromagnetic valve system, which assists traction, broom movement and dirt hopper emptying, is extremely practical, reliable and functional for any cleaning task in any environment including use by unskilled operators. A joystick, which is easy to operate from the driver's seat, makes dumping easy up to a height of 1.5 m. Thanks to the rear drive wheel, the machine is manoeuvrable and safe with a very narrow turning radius. The pocket filter, suitable for even very fine dust, is easily accessible and can be removed without the help of any tools.
