Medium and large-size system for dispensing oils and allied products.

This system includes storage and dispensing systems for several fluids such as various types of oil, grease, antifreeze and old oil. Each fluid has one or more delivery points located at different distances from the storage point.

DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS
To correctly design a distribution line or system, and for efficient operation, it is essential to know the following data:

1. type of fluid to be delivered, its density and temperature
2. distance between the pump and delivery point
3. the number of delivery points and quantity/minute of fluid to be delivered for each pump
4. horizontal distance between the pump and the delivery points connected to it
5. vertical distance between the pump and the delivery points connected to it
6. vertical and horizontal distance of the pump from the fluid suction point (a precise physical law applies)

According to European Standards, high-pressure fluid distribution systems must not exceed 400 bar. The tubes, in steel or rubber, used for preparing the grease distribution lines must be specific for high pressures (600 bar), and must be smooth and seamless, with connections having an inside diameter greater than the inside diameter of the tube to be connected. No constrictions must be created.

MONITORING COMPUTERIZED FLUID MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The computerized management system can be used by small garages and large service centres, as well as in industry in general, when different types of oil and antifreeze, stored in centralised tanks in a single place, must be delivered by several dispensers located in various places in the workshop.
