The AS extraction systems has been specially designed to extract and expel exhaust fumes from vehicles in general. The main components of the AS series of winders are:
1. Epoxy-painted steel reel fitted with a special guide to ensure the hose is correctly wound on to the reel.
2. Epoxy-painted steel retainer disks fitted to either side of the reel.
3. Drive system: mechanical (AS), motorised with push button strip (AS MP), motorised with remote control (AS MT).
4. TGA hose with various diameters for different requirements.
5. VA die-cast aluminium fan (for ASV models) with carious power ratings depending on the required workload.

5. EV (for ATNV models) painted steel fan with various power ratings depending on the required workload.

BA The rubber intake join the anti-crushing flexible hose in gas exhaust extraction system mainly in the car sector for a better adaptation to the new generation exhaust pipes integrated in the car body of different vehicles producers. the wide range in our catalogue covers all the market requirements including also the "REV" special testing installations where there's a sliding trolley with automatic release system for the intake.

EV Simple aspiration centrifugal fan in painted sheet and galvanized reinforced impellor with forwardly blades suitable for low dusty air transport. The characteristics of low flow rate and low pressure allow a large utilization in our gas exhaust or welding fumes extraction systems that guarantee the best performances at low level noise.

VA Simple aspiration centrifugal fan in die-cast aluminium and impellor with radial blades welded in high thickness steel suitable for the transport of even very dusty air. the characteristics of low flow rate and high pressure allow a large use in centralized gas exhaust extraction system in automotive sector thanks also to its resistance to high temperatures and no spark version. Noise level: the level noise values have been measured in free field. In environments with low level noise, it is recommended to use silencers and /or sound-proof boxes.

RC Simple aspiration centrifugal fan in painted sheet and galvanized impellor with forwardly curved blades welded in high thickness steel suitable for the transport of even very dusty air. The characteristics of high flow rate and medium/ high pressure beside a wide range of sizes are largely utilized in centralized aspiration installations The impellor geometry and construction allow the employ in different sectors: gas exhaust or welding fumes extraction system, very dusty fluids with temperature up to 80°C and more in special versions.

PFA The gas exhaust extraction systems for vehicles are to be installed only when during the constructin of a new workshop, any building work and any floor have been not yet realized inthe working places.
This kind of installation is recommended when:
• the lay-out is definite and not subject to any change even in the future.
• the aspiration points are no more than 5 for each installation.
• not all the aspiration points work at the same time.
• the installation line is no longer than 40-50 meters including the expulsion outside of the gases.
• the floor traps are in places protected from continuous displacement of the vehicles.
